A deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical, Little Shop Of Horrors has devoured the hearts of theatre-goers for over 30 years. Howard Ashman and Alan Menken (Disney's The Little Mermaid, Beauty And The Beast, and Aladdin) are the creative geniuses behind what has become one of the most popular shows in the world.

The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" - after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, BLOOD. Over time, though, Seymour discovers Audrey II's out of this world origins and intent towards global domination!

This production of Little Shop of Horrors is ages 10-18. Rehearsals will take place at The Historic Hoover Theater in San Jose across from our Park Avenue Music Studio on Tuesdays & Thursdays Nov 6th - January 19th. Auditions will be done by video submission and callbacks will be in-person.

A Note on our Casting Style:

At Stage Presence we do our best to create an environment where we feature as many of our performers as possible by putting them on tracks rather than casts. We never want our audience to see the same show twice. After all, this is live theater and its essence is being lost amongst the robotic expectations on young performers to be perfect. So, we are here to do it our way, grow, and breathe life into this epic story. That being said, every show is different and should we pair leads by age, we may end up keeping them together for performances.
